Turkey’s PM arrives in Georgia on official visit
10:22, 22 May 2017YEREVAN, MAY 22, ARMENPRESS. Turkey’s Prime Minister Binali Yildirum will arrive in Georgia on official visit on May 22, Novosti Gruzia reports.
The official welcoming ceremony will be held on May 23 which will be followed by talks with his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
The topic of the meeting is unknown.
Georgia and Turkey are strategic partners. According to official statistics, Turkey tops Georgia’s list of trading partners. The trade turnover between the two countries comprised more than 452 million USD in first quarter of 2017.
