Iranian citizens cast ballots in presidential election in Embassy polling station in Armenia

YEREVAN, MAY 19, ARMENPRESS. The voting for the Iranian presidential election in the polling station of the Iranian Embassy in Armenia is proceeding normally.
The Iranian Embassy told ARMENPRESS the polling station was opened at 08:00 and will be closed at 18:00. They said there is a rather active voter turnout, and if necessary the closing time might be extended.
More than 10 thousand Iranian citizens in Armenia are eligible to vote, including Iranian-Armenians.
The presidential election in Iran kicked off today with more than 63 thousand polling stations opened across the country.
