YEREVAN, APRIL 27, ARMENPRESS. Pedro Agramunt, president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has been banned from chairing the session where King of Spain Felipe VI delivered a speech, Armenia’s delegate to PACE Samvel Farmanyan said.

“Currently King of Spain Felipe VI is delivering a speech in PACE. Under pressure of PACE political groups, the incumbent (surely the last day) PACE president Pedro Agramunt was banned from chairing the session, which Pedro waited for a long time. This humiliating situation imposed on Agramunt disperses last doubts – Agramunt must announce his resignation tomorrow”, Farmanyan said on Facebook.
