RPA managed to record success in parliamentary election due to three-layered work: Garnik
Isagulyan

YEREVAN, APRIL 26, ARMENPRESS. ‘National Security’ party Chairman Garnik Isagulyan says despite the criticism, people felt that the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has formed the most competitive team for participation in the parliamentary election, reports Armenpress.

“The most important issue was related with the debates over the number of voters: whether their number corresponded to the reality? The Republican Party followed the calls that the lists, addresses and signatures of voters must be definitely released. After that, no one complaint over the accuracy of the number of voters.  The second one related to the reports on giving bribes which made it possible to record success in the election. No one rules out such incidents, but whether they had any affect on the election results?” he said.

He said the political force managed to record success in the election thanks to a three-layered victory. “Firstly, they had their own headquarters in all places of the Republic. The first layer were individuals, the second one was the Prime Minister who visited all electoral districts, plus the personal work of the President. We saw that the parties, that didn’t yield the RPA with their capacities, in any case didn’t manage to record success in all polling stations”, he said.

Parliamentary election was held in Armenia on April 2. 4 political forces – RPA, ARF, Yelk and Tsarukyan blocs enter the Parliament.
