YEREVAN, MARCH 24, ARMENPRESS. The Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of Armenia Ashot Manukyan met with the delegation of the European Investment Bank (EIB) led by the Bank’s Vice President Vazil Hudák. The possibilities of expanding the Bank’s involvement in investment projects in Armenia’s energy sphere were discussed.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the pres service of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of Armenia, referring to the prospects of future cooperation, Vazil Hudák informed about EIB’s intentions to make investments in Armenia’s energy system. The Bank is interested in projects of energy saving, renewable energy, as well as other directions. The Vice President of the Bank expressed readiness for cooperation in various levels, including in the public-private sector.

At the request of the guests Minister Ashot Manukyan presented the projects for the implementation of which Armenia would like to cooperate with the Bank.
