YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 22, ARMENPRESS. 350 lots were put up for sale in the Auction Center of the State Property Management Department during 2017, as of February 17. Out of the 350, 282 were transportation vehicles, 62 other moveable property and 6 real estate of companies in the process of termination.

The State Property Management Department told ARMENPRESS the total starting price of the vehicles comprised 37 million 232 thousand AMD, and the selling price around 43 million 488 thousand AMD – 17% more.

Compared to 2016, the indicator has grown by 60%. These numbers prove the competitive conditions of auctions. Vehicles are usually sold higher than the starting price.

A rather big interest is seen in the auction towards areas which are for lease.
