NKR Constitutional reforms draft is adopted
13:01, 21 February 2017YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 21, ARMENPRESS. The Central Commission of the NKR referendum considers the Constitutional changes draft adopted, Chair of the NKR Central Electoral Commission Srbuhi Arzumanyan said at a press conference in Stepanakert, reports “Armenpress”.
She informed that 69.540 citizens, overall, 87.6% of the voters, voted in favor of the constitutional referendum, and 7686 citizens voted against. 2202 ballots (2.8%) were declared invalid. “The draft Constitution is adopted”, she said.
79.428 (76.5% of the total number of voters) out of 103.766 citizens took part in the voting.
