YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. The Union of Writers of Armenia held various award ceremonies and events during 2016. On February 17, Edward Militonyan, President of the Board of the Union of Writers awarded certificates to all those reporters who had covered the events.

“We are grateful to the reporters who pay attention to literary issues, discuss and cover the existing issues in the literary sphere, raise the issues and contribute to spreading modern Armenian literature”, Militonyan said.

Reporters from the Public Television, H2, Shant, Ararat, Kentron, Yerkir Media TV received certificates, as well as representatives of the Public Radio, Noyan Tapan news agency, Hayeli and Tesaket clubs, Republic of Armenia and Hraparak newspapers.

Lida Bulghadaryan, coordinator of media programs, and journalist Angela Hambardzumyan from ARMENPRESS news agency were also awarded certificates.
