YEREVAN, JANUARY 20, ARMENPRESS. President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on January 20 took part in the event dedicated to the Judicial System Worker’s Day, press service of the NKR President’s Office told “Armenpress”.

In his speech, the NKR President said the judicial system is one of the important junctions of the leadership on which the NKR’s reputation embarked on the path of democracy, its normal life course and the citizens’ welfare depend.

“This is why our country gives a special place to the continuous development and improvement of the judicial system, raising the efficiency of the works of courts and strengthening the public trust towards that work, as well as professional preparedness and professionalism of judges”, the NKR President said.

In connection with the professional holiday and for results shown at work, the NKR President awarded state awards and valuable gifts to a group of the system's workers.
