NKR’s Constitutional referendum to be held on February 20, 2017
11:26, 19 January 2017YEREVAN, JANUARY 19, ARMENPRESS. President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on January 19 signed a decree on putting the NKR’s draft Constitution on a referendum, press service of the NKR President’s Office told “Armenpress”.
According to the decree, based on the consent given by the NKR Parliament to the NKR President's initiative for putting the draft Constitution on a referendum, the date for the referendum was appointed February 20, 2017.
