Spokesperson of Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan denies the information spread by Azerbaijani Defense Ministry alleging that the Armenian Armed Forces used an improvised explosive device with the help of an UAV in Tovuz direction. “It’s ridiculous, nothing more”, Hovhannisyan told “Armenpress”.
