Georgian FM arrives in Turkey on official visit
15:45, 9 January 2017YEREVAN, JANUARY 9, ARMENPRESS. Georgia’s Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze will arrive in Turkey on an official visit on January 9, the Georgian MFA said, reports “Armenpress”.
He will have meetings with Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
The sides will discuss urgent issues, including the work of the Georgian-Turkish high level Strategic Cooperation Council. The foreign policy and security priorities of the two countries will be covered during the meeting.
Within the framework of the two-day visit, the Georgian FM will take part in the annual conference of Turkey’s diplomatic corps where he will deliver a speech.
