YEREVAN, DECEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS. The meeting between the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair countries and the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan did not take place in Hamburg in the sidelines of OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, since US Secretary of State John Kerry had to leave earlier, “Armenpress” reports Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian told the reporters.

“The meeting took place in another format with the participation of the Ambassadors of the Co-chair countries, Popov, Warlick and newly appointed French Co-chair Stéphane Visconti, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, as well as the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan.  The meeting was quite important since we had last met in Warsaw during the NATO summit. It was in July and organizing such a meeting was also of key importance”, the Armenian Foreign Minister said.
