The trailer of Armenian Genocide-themed “The Promise” film has gathered over 1 million views on Facebook and over 1.6 million views on Youtube,“Armenpress” reports ANCA informs, mentioning that the film trailer shot by Survival Pictures company is hashtaged #ThePromise.

The film was sponsored by late American-Armenian businessman, billionaire Kirk Kirkorian, which became known after his death. The film is shot by “Survival Pictures” company.

Golden Globe winner Oscar Issac, Academy Award winning actor Christian Bale and Charlotte Le Bon star in the film produced by award-winning director of Hotel Rwanda, Terry George.
