Armenian and French top diplomats highlight implementation of Vienna and St. Petersburg 
agreements

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 27, ARMENPRESS. The meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault took place on October 27 in Paris. The meeting addressed issues of Armenian-French friendly relations and measures to foster cooperation in different spheres. The sides mutually expressed satisfaction over the dynamically developing bilateral relations, “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of MFA Armenia.

The Armenian and French Foreign Minister also touched upon the issues of active inter-parliamentary interactions and decentralized partnership.  

The Ministers discussed the implementation process of the agreements reached between the heads of the states over expanding economic ties.

A detailed conversation took place over the peace process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Edward Nalbandian stated that for months Azerbaijan has been rejecting to implement the agreements reached on the presidential level in Vienna and St. Petersburg summits and consistently escalates the situation on the contact line, hampering the creation of favorable conditions for the resumption of peace talks.

The Foreign Ministers mutually highlighted the importance of the full implementation of the Vienna and St. Petersburg agreements.
