YEREVAN, OCTOBER 24, ARMENPRESS. Nerses Yeritsyan – Vice President of the Central Bank of Armenia finds it possible for Armenia to attract loans in Russian Rubles.

During Parliamentary debates on amending the law on securities, lawmaker of the PAP faction Michael Melkumyan asked whether it’s possible to attract loan in Russian Rubles and to what extent will that be beneficial for the economy of Armenia.

“Of course it’s possible. The price is what’s important, we have to understand what’s the price and whether or not it’s favorable for businesses or not. And the question is generally very comprehensive, and I can’t give a solid answer now, which will satisfy you. A lot more time is needed for that”, Yeritsyan said.
