Government adopts path on finding effective solutions through non-standard tools – RPA faction
head

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. Head of the RPA faction Vahram Baghdasaryan considers the Government’s action plan constructive which has been approved by the Parliament.

The MP said the program is short, clear, it includes risky but acceptable elements.

Baghdasaryan said that can be seen from the approaches and the concrete steps. He said they are going to do a lot of work, to jointly overcome the difficulties in order to implement the provisions of the action plan.

The MP added that the Government adopts a path on finding effective solutions through non-standard tools. “It seems to me that we will be unable to reach the goals that we are facing through standard approaches”, he said.

He also commented on the complaints of opposition figures who said the Government didn’t discuss with them the action plan. “But why it must have been discussed with you? We have taken the responsibility together with the ARF. And our meeting was held in a sense that the action must comply with the RPA-ARF political cooperation agreement, as well as the provisions of the President’s February 12 speech. And the discussions are taking place here. We take the responsibility, and the discussion must be held together with you”, he said adding that now the discussion is underway, and everyone can take part in it.

The MP said the opposition can be against the Government’s members, the RPA faction MPs, but not the Government’s action plan.

“Now I can announce that those political figures, who are against the Government’s action plan, deliberately want the failure of the Government’s activity. If you want to reach the economic development of Armenia, you must be engaged in this work maintaining your political views and opposition behavior”, the MP said.
