State subsidies to ease burden of bordering communities of Armenia

The Government of Armenia will allocate 928 million AMD for the implementation of the 2017 program on development of bordering regions of Armenia. “Armenpress” reports the Minister of Territorial Administration of Armenia David Lokyan mentioned the sum will be directed at improving the social conditions of bordering communities.
“Particularly, gas, electricity and irrigation water tariffs will be partially subsidized, while land and real estate taxes will be fully subsidized”, Lokyan said.
