YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. 21 year old Hranush Yeghiazaryan – resident of Yeghipatrush village – has been missing since the morning of September 28. Several theories regarding the girl’s disappearance are circulating in the village. One of these theories suggests a bear has dragged the girl away. However this theory was refuted by village head Marzpet Grigoryan in an interview with ARMENPRESS. “Search operations are underway by the police and the emergency situations ministry”, he said. According to Grigoryan, the girl left a note in their home. The Emergency Situations ministry told ARMENPRESS emergency response units are searching the nearby forest since they received the report. At 13:45 the Emergency Situations ministry suspended search operations, and now Police forces are carrying out the search.
