Andrzej Kasprzyk concerned over Armenian soldier’s death in NKR

First Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Davit Tonoyan on September 26 held a phone talk with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, press service of the Defense Ministry told “Armenpress”.
They discussed the current situation at Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact. Davit Tonoyan informed the Ambassador that on September 25 soldier Sevak H. Khachatryan (born in 1997) was mortally wounded by the Azerbaijani shooting. He said the ceasefire violation is unacceptable and highlighted that the Azerbaijani side must bear the entire responsibility for the fatal incident.
Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk expressed concern over the incident, promised to take steps to prevent further destabilization of the situation.
