YEREVAN, AUGUST 29, ARMENPRESS. Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tigran Sargsyan met with the Ambassador of India to Russia Pankaj Saran, “Armenpress” reports the press service of the EEC informs. The parties discussed issues referring trade and economic relations between India and the EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union).

Tigran Sargsyan mentioned that the EAEU attaches great importance to dialogue with India.

“The monitoring group set in September, 2015 must submit a report about those cooperation directions that will be of mutual interest”, Tigran Sargsyan said.

Pankaj Saran said India attentively follows the developments in the Eurasian zone wishing to become part of it.

“India is ready to work with the EAEU in different formats. I believe we should observe cooperation opportunities more broadly and in that case it will be easier to find common interests”, Indian Ambassador to the RF said.
