YEREVAN, AUGUST 12, ARMENPRESS. On August 12 President of Nagorno Karabakh Bako Sahakyan held a meeting with representatives of the parties functioning in the Republic during which issues related to the constitutional reforms' doctrine were discussed, press service of the NKR Presidential administration informed “Armenpress”.

The NKR President highlighted the role of the political parties in constitutional reforms, welcomed their readiness to participate in this process underlining that constructive discussions would only raise the efficiency of the carried out activities.

NKR National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials took part in the meeting.
