YEREVAN, JULY 30, ARMENPRESS. The volume of construction in Armenia in the first half of 2016 amounted to 125 billion 088.3 million AMD.

The National Statistical Service reports the indicator has decreased by 7.8 percent as compared to the same period of last year.

10.3 percent of construction expenses were from the state budget, 16.5 percent - international loans, 1.5 percent – community resources, 46.7 percent – organization resources, 2.1 percent – foreign investments, 23,4 – private.

113 billion 911.2 million AMD worth installation works have been carried out in the abovementioned period. The indicator has decreased by 2 percent compared to 2015.

129 residential buildings were commissioned in the first half of 2016.

65.6 percent of the surface of commissioned buildings is in Yerevan.
