YEREVAN, JULY 27, ARMENPRESS. The Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork Marash districts upheld the motion of the Investigative department of the National Security Service and decided to arrest Aram P. Manukyan for two months.

Aram Manukyan has been charged with Article 219, paragraph 3, point 1 of the Criminal Code (capture of buildings, transport and means of communications by an organized group) and Article 235, paragraph 3 (Illegal acquisition, possession, transportation and use of weapons, ammunition and explosive materials or devices by an organized group).

Regarding Pavel Manukyan, Inessa Petrosyan said she has credible information that an arrest motion has been presented to the Court, however taking into account that Pavel Manukyan has expressed desire to be personally present at Court, and the latter’s health condition is pretty serious, the date of the Court session is yet unknown.

Arman Khachatryan – head of the Public Relations and Protocol department of the Judicial department told ARMENPRESS that the Court hasn’t received a motion regarding Pavel Manukyan.
