YEREVAN, JUNE 4, ARMENPRESS. Yuri Shurigin, representative of the “Russia’s Exporters” Information platform, says Armenia should develop its opportunities for being a link between EEU and third countries.

According to him, Russian entrepreneurs are highly interested in the Armenian market, in particular in the context of establishing close ties with Iran.

“There is great interest in Russia for the Armenian market. More than 300 annual exporting events speak to this fact. During these events, Russian exporters express desire to make exports to Armenia, and from there to access the Georgian and Iranian markets”, Shurigin said during the “EEU: Armenia-Cooperation” forum in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia.

Shurigin added that Armenia should use this strategic opportunity.
