Conference dedicated to history and culture of Ukrainian Armenians held in Kiev

A conference dedicated to the life, activity and history of Ukrainian Armenians was held in Kiev at the initiative of the Union of Armenians of Ukraine. As “Armenpress” was informed from “Analitika” website, representatives of the community, well known journalists and Ukrainian historians participated in the discussion.
They touched upon some basic characteristics of the history of Ukrainian Armenians. The role of the Armenian community in the country, the presence of Armenian culture and literature, as well as the importance of architectural monuments in many cities of Ukraine were introduced during the conference.
