Youri Djorkaeff participated in charity football match in Yerevan
20:16, 2 October 2015YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, ARMENPRESS. World and Europe Champion Youri Djorkaeff participated in charity football match in Yerevan the benefit of which will be allocated to the pupils of the school of Khachik village and Gavar Orphanage.
The teams ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank and the journalists of Armenia compete. The match ended 1:1.
“I have always been in favor of such games. I personally organize similar games in New York. I have a foundation that supports the children every year y organizing charity matches”, “Armenpress” reports Djorkaeff told the journalists.
Spokesperson for ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank Narek Asatryan expressed his gratitude to the world famous football player for joining the idea and participating in the charity match.
