YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS.  The greatest concern of the Chief of the Government Staff of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Harutyunyan is that people go out into streets to struggle without realizing the substance of that issue. Davit Harutyunynan mentioned about this in an interview with journalists before the RPA Executive Body session referring to the “No” movement against constitutional reforms. He emphasized that many people go out into the streets to struggle but do not realize what they are struggling against. “It is my greatest concern, but is exists in any issue, when someone just goes out to struggle without realizing what he is struggling against”, “Armenpress” reports, Harutyunyan stressed.

A journalist noticed that the citizens go out into the streets to struggle against the increase of electricity tariff, as they believe they have been deceived. Here Harutyunyan responded that he does not think the citizens are deceived.
