YEREVAN, AUGUST 12, ARMENPRESS. A teenager has won the world record for the most amount of times someone has kicked themselves in the head in one minute. Armenpress reports, referring to “Metro” that Puskar Nepal smacked himself on his forehead 134 times in 60 seconds using an alternating foot technique. Puskar was handed the title last week after making the record attempt in December.

The student from Sindhupalchowk district, Nepal, said: ‘I wanted to enter the record books. I learned some years back that there was a category for self kicking the forehead. I chose it and focused on getting my act together.’

‘Practicing for the act was tough. Before my record attempt, I practised very hard for eight, nine months so that my body stayed flexible because the act needs to have me bend over for a minute. Many of my friends and family were also worried that I might injure myself while doing this. But as you can see, despite getting so many kicks, I did not even get a scratch. I want to contribute something for the poor people of rural areas. I want the people from different countries to know about me. Breaking a world record has always been a dream for me and now it is fulfilled.’
