Hotline “114” of Armenia Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs receives 2224 phone calls
YEREVAN, AUGUST 3, ARMENPRESS. The Hotline “114” of the Republic of Armenia Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has received 2224 phone calls on July, 2015.
As Armenpress was informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Republic of Armenia Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, 761 of the calls referred to getting information about pension, 470 – to benefits, 283 – to family security, 42 – to child care and 322 calls referred to the funded component of the pension system.
23 complaints were received on July, 5 of which were directed to the Medical-Social Expert Commission, 5 - to social service agencies and 13 – to the territorial divisions of the State Social Security Service.
Most of the problems, raised by the citizens, were solved on the spot, and other problems requiring additional analysis, are being currently studied.
