Police admonishes protestors to get rid of provocateurs

YEREVAN, JUNE 23, ARMENPRESS. All the citizens arrested in Baghramyan Avenue during protest over electricity price hike on June 23 have been released. As Armenpress informs, addressing the protestors gathered in Baghramyan Avenue, Yerevan Deputy Chief of Police Valery Osipyan said that there are no detainees at the moment. As Osipyan said, the information that several people still remain detained is false and provocative. Osipyan informed that the detainees are not being criminally prosecuted.  

He stressed that there are provocateurs among the protestors, who are throwing stones in the direction of the police officers. The protest against electricity price hike goes on in Baghrayan Avenue.
