YEREVAN, JUNE 15, ARMENPRESS. The Russian contract serviceman, who was suspected of the murder of his fellow soldier, has pleaded guilty to this crime. As Armenpress reports, Press service of the Southern Military Okrug (district) of the Russian Armed Forces informed about this. The announcement by the Press service of the Southern Military Okrug (district) of the Russian Armed Forces goes as follows: “According to the preliminary information, the cause of the military serviceman Ivan Novikov’s death was a domestic dispute with the fellow serviceman”.  The corpse of the soldier of the Russian Military Base #102 in Armenia was found at the Mother Armenia monument in Gyumri. In accordance with article 104 (murder) of the Criminal Code of Armenia, a criminal case on the Russian serviceman Ivan Novikov’s murder has been filed in the Regional Investigative Department of Shirak, Armenia.
