YEREVAN, 28 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. On April 28, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan had a meeting with Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo. As the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, Edward Nalbandyan expressed gratitude to Anne Hidalgo for visiting Yerevan and participating in the events commemorating the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide as part of the delegation led by the President of France on April 24^th.

 Armenia’s foreign minister expressed gratitude to Mayor Hidalgo for helping organize several commemorative events in Paris, her important decision on switching the lights of the Eiffel Tower in commemoration of the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide on the evening of April 24^th, attending the commemorative events and hosting the exhibition dedicated to the Armenian Genocide Centennial at Paris Municipality.

Edward Nalbandyan and Anne Hidalgo touched upon issues related to the cooperation between the sister cities of Yerevan and Paris.
