Aram Khachaturian’s son granted musical notes of Police marching song to Vladimir Gasparyan
21:17, 16 April 2015YEREVAN, 16 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. Karen Khachaturian, son of one of the remarkable artists of all time, Aram Khachaturian, is currently in Yerevan. On April 16, Karen Khachaturian visited the Komitas Pantheon, laid flowers at the tomb of the great Armenian and composer and was hosted by Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.
“Karen Khachaturian said he was giving the marching song of the great composer to the Police of the Republic of Armenia. Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan expressed gratitude for the precious gift and attached importance to the significance of the marching song for new police officers. Karen Khachaturian expressed his gratitude for the cordial reception and appreciation and granted the musical notes of the marching song to Vladimir Gasparyan,” as stated in the press release of the news service of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
