YEREVAN, JUNE 17, ARMENPRESS. The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan considers Turkey's President Abdullah Gul a broad-minded person. Asked at the Public TV's "Hartsazruyc" program - what kind of reaction will the Turkish side display on Serzh Sargsyan’s invitation to visit Armenia on April 24, 2015 and was the invitation to President Abdullah Gul's liking, the President of the Republic of Armenia answered: "Abdullah Gul will not have a chance, most likely, to discuss that issue, when the time comes, as he had stated that he would not participate in the presidential elections and, to have a more precise answer to that question, only two weeks are left, but I appreciate Gul as a political figure, because, in my opinion, he is broad-minded man and he is well aware of the real interests of his country".

And whether Turkey’s president-elect visits, whoever he is, will become clear after the election or on the eve of April 24.

"To comment on Armenian-Turkish relations, issues related to the Genocide, of course, until the 100th anniversary, I will have a lot of opportunities, as in individual interviews, as well as in my speeches to express my opinion on this matter", as reports  "Armenpress", stated the President of the Republic of Armenia.
