YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. The solemn ceremony of opening "The Talysh Studies" postgraduate program took place in the Chair of Iranian Studies of the Oriental Studies Faculty of the Yerevan State University on September 24. "The Talysh Studies" postgraduate program of the Yerevan State University is unique in the world. As reports "Armenpress" the President of Talysh-Mughan Republic Alikram Hemmatzadeh participated in the aforesaid event.

At the course of the event the President of Talysh-Mughan Republic Alikram Hemmatzadeh made remarks and noted: "Once we had our state and government. We were deprived of them 200 years ago. The process of re-establishing our state is very difficult for us."
