YEREVAN, MAY 22, ARMENPRESS. The more we study the details regarding the triumphs of "Ararat 73", the more new and interesting facts and events come forth, which are unknown for the contemporary footballers. "Armenpress" opens that "golden page" in the history book of the Armenian sport. Both the heroes and witnesses of the heroic triumph of "Ararat 73" tell new details about the club's achievements. This time the project is dedicated to Suren Martirosyan.

- 40 years have passed after victorious 1973. How do You remember it?

- In my opinion, our memories are not as important, as the memories of our people. People of our age or even younger approach us in streets very frequently and recall the joy they experienced in those days. It's our people, which will never forget that. So many years have passed, but our people still remember those days and are proud of them. And when they remember that all, we feel ourselves somehow younger. It seems to me our people will keep those memories in mind for a long time.

- What does come to Your mind first, when You hear "Ararat 73"?

- Perhaps it will sound odd to You, but first of all I remember the exclamations of our fans saying "'Ararat', push up!" ("Ararat", hup tur). These words supported us greatly. We gained victory due to those words. Wherever we went, we could hear that "'Ararat', hup tur”. We were confident, that not only local Armenians were screaming those exclamations, but a number of our compatriots followed us from Armenia as well. And finally, my second child was born that year.
