YEREVAN, MARCH 5, ARMENPRESS. Tango CJSC (registration location: Zvartnots International Airport), belonging to the Argentinean-Armenian businessman Eduardo Ernekian will become the new owner of the building of Foreign Affairs Ministry. It will pay a sum of money equal to USD 51 270 840. The agreement with "Tango" company will be signed by April 30.

During the briefing held on March 5 the Director of the Auction Centre of the State Property Management Department Lyudvig Grigoryan stated that the auction was to be held at 12:30 on March 5, but because of absence of the buyers the auction did not take place. Among other things he noted that in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia a new auction will not be held and the building will be sold to "Tango" CJSC by the starting price.

On October 4, 2012, the Government of the Republic of Armenia approved the decision of alienation of the Government building N 2 in Yerevan by direct sale. The building was alienated on behalf of the Tango CJSC (registration location: Zvartnots International Airport), belonging to the Argentinean-Armenian businessman Eduardo Ernekian.
