YEREVAN, AUGUST 30, ARMENPRESS: Education and Cultural activities international committee of Museums International Council is going to launch its 41th conference in Mesrop Mashtots Ancient Manuscripts Institute. Armenian National Committee and "Museums employees and friends association" NGO jointly with Armenian Ministry of Culture and Yerevan City Hall are considered the initiators and organizers of the conference entitled " Museum and written communication. Tradition and  Innovation ".

 Matenadaran information center told Armenpress the conference is being carried out within the framework  of Yerevan World Book Capital.Separate website ceca12.icom-armenia.org was created through which the registration of the participants and spreading of information is being conducted.

Over 70 delegates representing 50 museums from 30 states have already registered: the number of which is increasing.Conference program includes research reports, discussions, and workshops, as well as familiarization trips to museums and historical sites to Armenian museums and historical cultural places.
