If the authorities finally decide to conduct elections on May 6 the corresponding decree is to be signed in the coming 4 days not later than February 26, newspaper says

The paper says the elections could have been appointed in a period from April 28 to May 8 but with everyday this time is being cut as the decree was to be signed not later than 70 days before elections.
