YEREVAN, JANUARY 26, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, on the occasion of the Republic Day.

The Prime Minister’s Office published the message:

I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the Republic Day of India.

India, being a thousand-year-old civilization with democratic values, currently has a major role in forming the agenda for responding to global challenges. In this sense, India's successful presidency of the UN Security Council is an outstanding example, which gives us hope that India's presidency of the G20 will also contribute to regional and global peace and stability.

It should be noted with pleasure that Armenian-Indian friendly relations are expanding and deepening, as well as new frameworks and directions contributing to the development of cooperation can be observed, which raise our cooperation to a truly new qualitative level.
