STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 31, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan held a meeting with Genesis Armenia think tank Founding Director Abraham Gasparyan and executives from the Ecoprof construction company.

Beglaryan highly valued the experience of cooperation between the Government of Artsakh and Genesis Armenia and announced a new initiative of economic and educational significance.

He said that as a result of a 200,000,000 dram investment project realized in cooperation between the government and the private sector a metal processing and repair plant will be opened which will include a training facility. The plant will be equipped with modern machinery.

The investment project’s goal is to care about the needs of the public and the economy, and to promote interest for technical and vocational specializations among students.

“This is a needed investment in Artsakh and a bright example of charity and business investment, especially given the post-war challenges and priorities,” State Minister Beglaryan said.

Beglaryan and Gasparyan then signed the trilateral memorandum of cooperation between the Government of Artsakh, Genesis Armenia and Ecoprof.
