Artsakhi men told to assemble at commissariats amid mobilization
13:20, 27 September 2020YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Samvel Babayan has called on male citizens of Artsakh to gather at military commissariats as the country has declared universal mobilization amid the Azerbaijani attack.
He said a “large-scale” war has begun and Azerbaijan is striking at different cities of Artsakh.
“I call on the population to remain calm, and shelter in safe areas. I am calling on men to assemble as one at military commissariats,” he said.
