Russian PM congratulates Armenia’s Pashinyan on Independence Day

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the Independence Day, the Russian government said in a statement.

“The Armenian-Russian friendly, partnering and allied relations are continuously developing at various directions. I am confident that the further strengthening of the trade-economic and investment cooperation, the promotion of joint prospective projects in energy, industry, transportation infrastructures, science and culture, the deepening of the integration partnership within the Eurasian Economic Union is in full accordance with the interests of Russia and Armenia”, reads the Russian PM’s congratulatory letter.

Today, the Third Republic of Armenia is celebrating its 28th anniversary of Independence.

This year the main celebrations are taking place in Gyumri, the second largest city of Armenia.
