“28 years ago this day we personally made a decision to live in the independent Republic of Armenia. Self-determination and sovereignty. These are the greatest meaning of the regular anniversary of the Independence day, the independence referendum. These two are the dedicated ideas this day is based on which we should steadily follow and transfer to the generations.
