Yerevan leads medal count at 2019 Pan-Armenian Games
YEREVAN, AUGUST 13, ARMENPRESS. Yerevan is leading the medal count at the 2019 Pan-Armenian Games. The Yerevan team has 91 medals (41 gold, 25 silver and 25 bronze) after five days since the championship began.
Next comes Gyumri, with 21 medals (8 gold, 10 silver and 3 bronze).
The Pan-Armenian Games is a multi-sport event held between competitors from the Armenian Diaspora and Armenia. Teams represent their respective communities or cities.
Around 5000 athletes from 160 cities of 35 countries are participating in the 7th Pan-Armenian Games.
