Twin explosions kill at least 4 in southern Afghanistan
YEREVAN, MARCH 23, ARMENPRESS. Twin explosions rocked Farmer’s Day ceremony in Lashkargah city, the provincial capital of Helmand province in Afghanistan, killing at least 4 and wounding 10 others. Most of the wounded are officials and security personnel, RIA Novosti reported.
No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility for the explosions.
