President of Artsakh lays wreath at tomb of NKR Supreme Council first chairman Artur Mkrtchyan
YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 18, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on February 18 attended the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid a wreath at the tomb of Artur Mkrtchyan, first chairman of the NKR Supreme Council, on the sidelines of events dedicated to his 60th anniversary, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.
Bako Sahakyan considered exemplary Artur Mkrtchyan’s patriotism, dedication and honesty, stating that his bright memory will live forever in the hearts of the Artsakh people.
