YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 15, ARMENPRESS. Minister of economic development and investments Tigran Khachatryan met with the Armenia Mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) led by Hossein Samiei, the ministry told Armenpress.

The meeting aimed at discussing the Armenian government’s Action Plan.

The IMF delegation members were interested in the Armenian government’s vision in fight against corruption, challenges in improvement of social protection and business climate.

At the same time, the IMF expressed readiness to assist the Armenian government on ensuring an inclusive economic growth as stated in the Action Plan.

The minister introduced the guests on the ministry’s future actions aimed at improving the business environment.

The sides agreed to continue the cooperation in accordance with the list of priorities to be developed by the Armenian government.
