President of Artsakh receives Secretary of Security Council of Armenia
YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 15, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on February 15 received Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan, the Artsakh Presidential Office told Armenpress.
